In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and subsequent changes, we hereby supply you all the information concerning the purposes and methods for the processing of your personal data in our possession.
Data sources and purpose of processing
All personal data in our possession are collected directly from individual customers and/or contributors in the course of normal business relationships when offers and/or supplies are being made:
Personal data are normally processed in the course of our company's work for the purpose of managing contractual relations;
for purposes foreseen by law, by regulations and by E.U. rules, as well as by provisions issued by legally empowered authorities and by supervisory and control bodies;

Data processing methods
The data will be processed using appropriate tools to guarantee security and confidentiality and may be carried out, as well as with manual tools, also through automated tools (computerized and telematic) to store, manage and transmit the data, in compliance with the measures of security pursuant to art. 32 of the GDPR. We also inform you that the personal data referred to you will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law (Article 5 of the GDPR) and according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Categories of subjects to whom data can be communicated
We inform you that any personal data that you may provide or that we obtain in the course of our contractual relationship can be exclusively communicated to the following subjects performing functions strictly connected with or instrumental to our business, functions that must therefore be considered fundamental for the purposes of our company's operations:

carriers or other contractors for services connected with the supply
professional fraud control and credit recovery agencies
banks or credit institutions in the context of managing the company's finances
auditors and administrative, tax or contractual consultants.
Your data will not, however, be spread.
Data subject's rights - Articles 15-22 GDPR
Lastly, we inform you that the articles 15-22 of the GDPR grant data subjects certain specific rights. In particular: the data subject can obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that such data be made available to him in an intelligible form ("portability"). The interested party may also ask to know the source of the personal data, the logic and purposes of the processing, the data of the subjects to whom they are communicated, the period of data retention or the criteria necessary to determine it, to obtain the limitation of the processing, to obtain the rectification, the deletion of data if no longer necessary, the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or integration of data, to oppose for legitimate reasons the treatment itself; to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent made before the revocation itself.
Consequences of a refusal to respond
We also point out that your refusal to respond to a request for personal information will make it objectively impossible for this company to observe its legal and/or contractual obligations connected with the relationship between us.
