Management service of paid parking areas

Project Automation offers a management service of paid parking areas that includes:

• the use of parking meters to obtain the parking permits;
• the presence of qualified staff (traffic auxiliaries) to monitor paid car parking and to issue, by using mobile devices (smartphone, tablet, …) fines for illegal behaviour;
• the centralization of parking meters concerning data log, alarms, troubleshootings,…;
• the export of the fines from the mobile device to the managing system for the highway code violations in use by the Municipal Police.

The duties of traffic auxiliaries are to monitor paid car parking, to issue fines for illegal behaviour and to help users in the use of parking meters. All informations about the parking areas are collected at the Control Center, that can be also realized at Project Automation (Media Data Center).

The parking meters allow many payment methods: coins, banknotes, credit cards, prepaid cards, and so on. Project Automation also takes care of the training of the traffic auxiliaries.

The company ensures to municipalities a complete and efficient service, through the supply of means and innovative tools, and the considerable experience of the staff (traffic auxiliaries).
